Bright and lush, mysterious and provocative, Synthetic Jungle is a stylized landscape in technicolor greens. An ode to cult perfumes of the 1970s, Synthetic Jungle offers a modern vision of nature reimagined.
Flipo retained the opulent basil of the original composition, along with a recomposed bouquet of hyacinth, lily of the valley, natural jasmine, and Ylang Ylang oil.
To modernize and sharpen, she then added synthetic black currant and styralyl acetate, effectively putting the bouquet through a glossy, sparkling filter.
Flipo simplified the Chypre and leather notes, resulting in a cleaner, more streamlined accord. Finally, she added patchouli.

INSPIRATION
TRAJAN was one of the five great emperors. A man of pioneering spirit and adventure. His rule saw the greatest expansion of the empire across the Silk Road. His reign saw cultural diversity, wealth, trade, peace and creativity flourish and Romans collected the finest perfume ingredients on their travels.
This scent celebrates the journey as an olfactory pilgrimage from the Mediterranean to the East.cedar woodland with a hint of Eastern sugar and spice.
This aromatic, oceanic fouger is opulent, complex, harmonious and surprising.
The luxurious saltiness of caviar blends perfectly with the sage, rosemary and lavender to create an aromatic heart resting on a woody earthy base with oakmoss and patchouli. Oceanic lavender fit for an emperor.
INSPIRATION
With great flourish and a fanfare of flutes, drums and trumpets, Emperor Severus served caviar to the most revered guests in garlands of roses.
And he wasn’t alone. Emperor Nero was famous for his hedonism, he was a true epicurean and a connoisseur with a great appetite and extravagant tastes including caviar a timeless luxury.
Boundless is a burst of joy, a fleeting euphoria, translating the vertical tension that empowers those who want to enclose in their hands the immensity of the world. This ardent and vivacious energy echoes that of sunlight bouncing off the dewy leaves of the jungle, flickering in rays through a flower-studded canopy and grazing rainbow-barked trees before vanishing amongst gnarled and misty-kissed boughs.

CITRUS
The Orchid Man is Frapin’s tenth fragrance. It draws part of its inspiration from the surprising personality of boxer Georges Carpentier, nicknamed in America as “the Orchid Man”.
Frapin was instantly drawn to the life of this legend to tell its new fragrant story.
Boxing, like perfume, is about facing yourself. An encounter of rituals and studied gestures. It is also a moment of violence that must be elegant. Governed by precise rules and respect for the opponent, boxing became a gentleman’s sport at the end of the 19th century.
David Frossard, an expert of the boxing world, took all of this into consideration when he launched the idea for a fresh, elegant, powerful and virile perfume.
Jérôme Epinette, whom he met several years earlier, has been entrusted with the interpretation of this world which is both animal and cerebral.
Top notes : black pepper, bergamot.
Middle notes : leather accord, jasmine petals.

CITRUS
L’Humaniste opens with a spicy citrus vibrant boom, supported by the aromatic facets of juniper and thyme, highlighting a surprising \\\\\\\’gin\\\\\\\’ accord. A fresh and light fragrance created by Sidonie Lancesseur.
It is to François Rabelais, the most illustrious member of the dynasty, that the house of Frapin has dedicated L’Humaniste, a fragrance as bracing and limpid as the curious, open minds of Renaissance men. Its playful ‘gin’ accord is a wink to Rabelaisian humour and to the oracle of the Divine Bottle consulted by Pantagruel.

Fragrance story: Ice cracks beneath a stream of silky clear liquid, awakening deep curiosity for a taste of Comprised of cool spices like cardamom and coriander plus aldehydes at the opening, Vodka on the Rocks evokes the frozen steam rising from ice cubes in a clear crystal tumbler. Bitter rhubarb accord, a splash of clear rose and Lily of the Valley harmonize with an intoxicating leather undertone of sandalwood and oakmoss.

The perfume Vodka on the Rocks is part of the KILIAN Fresh Citrus family.
